From the age of 16, Zack embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, founding a successful on-the-go iPhone repair business that served the stunning Panhandle of Florida. Over three years, he repaired over 5000 devices, establishing robust local connections that would later become the bedrock of his thriving career in real estate.

Following his passion for both business and education, Zack pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida’s esteemed Warrington School of Business. Simultaneously, he obtained his Sales Associate License in 2016 and swiftly ascended to achieve his Brokers License in 2018, paving the way for his prominent role in the real estate industry.

As the Broker/Owner of Seltzer Real Estate, Zack leads with an unwavering commitment to fairness, honesty, and a direct approach. He is known for his straightforward communication style, ensuring clients receive transparent guidance and clear insights throughout their real estate journey.

Balancing his professional pursuits, Zack indulges in offshore fishing, golfing, snow skiing, and hunting, finding solace and inspiration in these activities. However, his true joy lies in spending quality time with his family in the picturesque surroundings the Panhandle of Florida has to offer.
